All returns require a Return Authorization Number or they will be refused at the door, call (800) 599-6650. We will accept returns up to 30 days from purchase with R.A. Number on the outside of the box. All freight is at customers expense and is not refundable. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items once shipment has been sent to customer, no fee charged if we shipped in error on our part. All items returned must be in UNUSED condition, including all the parts and in its original packaging in order to receive a credit.
