On Hold Orders |
| Your order will be placed on
hold if any item on the order is temporarily out of stock. Action Sports will
contact you if your order is on hold. We will not charge your credit card until
we ship your complete order. |
Return Policy |

All returns REQUIRE a Return Authorization Number or they will be refused at the
door, call 1.800.599.6650. We will accept returns up to 30 days from
purchase with R.A. Number on the outside of the box. All freight is at
customers expense and is not refundable. There is a 20% restocking fee
for returned items once shipment has been sent to customer, no fee charged
if we shipped in error on our part. All items returned must be in UNUSED
condition, including all the parts and in its original packaging in order to
receive a credit. |

| If you need to contact Action Sports to request a change to your order, we will make every effort to make the
change. However, we process orders as quickly as possible and cannot guarantee
that your change can be made. |
Additional Shipping Charges |
| Internet orders incurring
"Oversize Package Fees" charged by our shippers will be charged an
additional fee and will be added to your invoice for each oversize
package. This includes all orders that qualify for free shipping. Note that
the additional handling charge is in addition to the quoted shipping cost
at order check-out. We do our best to make an oversize item note on any product
pages that fall within this category. |
